Customers specifications were for an enclosure to be installed inside a clean room to provide an airlock, allow equipment brought to be acclimatized, cleaned and then opened to access with overhead cranes for incoming manufacturing raw materials and outgoing finished goods.

Details:

Lean-to retractable enclosure, manually operable (one person), comprised of 2 fixed and 6 operable bays.  All structural aluminum with SS hardware. Vertical glazing, glass clear PC , roofing sections in 10 mm twin-wall PC.  Overall size  29' wide x 26' high x 112' long  (8.8m x 8.0m x 34m), bi parting, providing a clear opening of 82.5' (25.2m).   Site installation 10 days.
