J. Parker Project Hits The News

Our Project in Chicago, J. Parker Roof Top Bar came up as a news on WGNTV, we are happy to share this with you.

Outdoor patios and roof areas are boons for businesses during Chicago's warmer months, but they're not as big of an asset during days of winters, when the city is buried by snow. This has forced business owners to be creative. Parson's Chicken & Fish converted its backyard into an ice skating rink. Kaiser Tiger has turned to the winter sport of curling.

Now open 365 days a year

Meanwhile the Boka Restaurant Group, the management team behind the J. Parker in Lincoln Park, have decided to go full Skydome retractable systems. In the year 2017will be the first time the public gets to experience the bar's retractable glass rooftop. The new rooftop will cover the open-air space on the 13th floor of the Hotel Lincoln, fully sheltering patrons from snow, rain and cold, allowing the bar to be open all year.

Retractable Roof Provides Unobstructed Views of Lake Michigan

The J. Parker restaurant on the 13th floor at Hotel Lincoln in Lincoln Park proudly offers some of Chicago’s best-unobstructed views of Lake Michigan, Lincoln Park, the zoo and the Chicago skyline. Rather than rely only on summer months for their success, the Boka Restaurant Group, the team behind the J. Parker, committed to turning their rooftop restaurant into a year-round magnet for clientele. See more in related News Features.
