In partnership with BreezeFree Ltd, this installation features a Retractable Skylight System using the advanced ClearSky Sub System. Designed for a high-end restaurant and café setting, the system creates a bright, airy environment that seamlessly transitions between indoor comfort and open-air dining, enhancing the guest experience.
The skylight incorporates an EFB system with 75% opening capability, offering exceptional flexibility for natural light and ventilation. Spanning 6 metres in width and 13.1 metres in length across 8 bays and 8 modules, the structure combines precision engineering with aesthetic appeal. The glazing specification—6mm Clear T 50/33 + 16mm Air + 5.5.4 Laminated Glass—ensures superior thermal insulation, safety, and clarity, making it ideal for year-round use in a luxury dining environment.
