Middletown Pool & Spa enclosure

This Middletown homes pool and spa can now see year round use with the addition of our Libart retracting lean-to.  Alongside our mobile lean-to we have also constructed a retractable skylight over the backyard patio that allows for additional ventilation, especially during barbeques and hotter months. Owners Pam and Phil keep busy in their patio and retracting lean-to space whenever they can which is frequent as the Libart structures protect their relaxation space from any weather. They have informed us that the natural heat gain from our kinetic enclosure it around 40 degrees hotter than the outside air as a result of our polycarbonate material.  The 1300 square foot opening lean-to alongside the retracting glass roof however allows in fresh air and wind to easily cool off the area
